This one week....

These two weeks are so powerful. So damn powerful i know they could just change my life. Why?

First things first. I've been selected for the primary round of interviews by PSA. so if i get through the two rounds (both held in this two weeks) i'll get the scholarship.. i get a job after i graduate. O-kayyy.... If this doesn't work out, i don't have any security. i can only bank on my GPA and hope it's high enough to get me into NTU applied math. if it doesn't work either.. i'm screwed.

Second. This two weeks. yeah. the two competitions. At first they looked quite easy to win. But after a little bit now they look not so easy to win anymore. Now, for the $200 cash prize, we've got the uni students up for grabs.. We've got the NP 1337s too... i thought kenny would be the only person i should fear but now looks like we've got more.

The other competition.. the limbs... instead of 72 shots, now the entire thing boils down to 12 shots times 4. if at any oneo f the four i miss a shot.. that's it. i'm lost. that's 48 shots in 4 rounds. a set of foamcore limbs on the line.

Sometimes i hold them so tightly... i just cannot imagine not winning either. I depend on both to set the stage for me to be able to upgrade to open class mid year. Upgrading to open class means i'm one step closer to my SEA games goal.

Well, on the bright side, i solved my fingertab problem. simple i just took the new fingertab and sliced a bit of the leather off to thin the layer. Now it feels quite close to the old fingertab. not exactly, but good enough. Though i was dumb enough to take a 1 hour nap today. That screwed up my training totally :( only managed to use the back muscle properly closer toward the end. After massaging my back.

Just a song i'd like to share. A song that touched me quite a bit. I was really stressed out monday night, during my differential equations class. Couldn't absorb nuts. I was going through the same in ED class too. Especially all the things going through this two extreme weeks.. and how all the four events could change my life forever.

Halfway into the class i was there.. mind drifting.. always thinking about what if... what if i don't win? heart beating fast.. .just couldn't concentrate. I wanted out so bad. Then this song came into my mind.

I took that moment to whisper a short prayer. It was then i really realised that everything.. has been predestinated. Whether i'm to enter PSA.. whether i'm to get the two prizes.. everything is in God's will. and even if the worst of the worst happens, that i don't get into PSA.. that i don't win both prizes... that God really means it for something in his higher purposes, something that i will not understand just yet. But it is a blessed assurance that whatever happens, that i will not lose my salvation, that whatever happens in this life, that whatever happens after this life will make it totally immaterial. nothing i will regret for ever.
