i sure hope we don't fail our final year project. it's been a bloody hard year. i'm now at my wits' end with absolutely nobody around to consult. don't know for nuts what's wrong with my setup or programme, but it just won't clock data bits out. don't wanna live through that for nuts anymore.

And there again there's the constant worry about performance. how i'll somehow jump back from not having trained much in the past few months to full high performance level.... Tyler Benner and the rest of resident athletes at the USA OTC chula vista got where they were after constant everyday training for the past full year. i'm not anywhere close to where they were when they started, though i've had a high performance coach from the USA teaching me the BEST method, but one month of dedicated training ain't going to bring me very far.

maybe i should take time away from everything and take a really long skate. this year's screwed me up pretty bad.

Got myself new skates. bam. SEBA FR-1s. Originally wanted the translucent blue boot (comes in 3 colours, the blue, black, or orange, all three with a white cuff and silver frame). However, it wasn't a tight fit, so I had to go for something sized down. unfortunately, only the black/white one had size. I took that one.



enjoyed sunday thoroughly. Christmas, and the second watchnight service I attended with NTBC. the first one since my baptism. the watchnight service was held at uncle Thuan Wee's house. he's got such a beautiful house, and basically all of us gathered in there. was nice and cozy. thought of going for carolling, but ah screw it. guess i'm late for it.

had a totally uneventful christmas. spent my christmas day skating alone.
