Just got my winEX limbs. those buggers shoot sweet. damn smooth stuff, really.

Terriss just returned from Olympic training centre, chuala vista, USA... and the good news is that he's started teaching the B.E.S.T method, by Ki Sik Lee. I've been wanting to master that method for awhile. But it seems like just when i got my limbs, just when i'm crazy over wanting to shoot it... then now i've to change my form. I guess it'll take at least a week or two before i can go back on my winEX limbs, depending on how fast i can master this.

guess i wasn't patient. I went back onto my bow. With GL's limbs though. poundage low as hell. but still couldn't get everything right. AHHH PATIENCEEE.. :(

well, i'm hoping to break a national record for quite sometime. Actually i was qutite confident that within 2 months of getting my limbs, i'll be able to break the national record... but hey. I don't know now. i hope i can master the BEST method ASAP.
